About TGT Property Investments Pty Ltd

TGT Property Investments Pty Ltd is a company specifically designed to help you purchase a thoroughly researched investment property.

At TGT, as well as being fully licensed, we have over 60 years combined experience in property and financial services. And significantly, we are all exprienced private property investors as well. This of-course means that you can take advantage of our experience to make the right decision!

We have been successfully involved in the development of residential property investments in many suburbs in Melbourne and other select locations around Australia.

We primarily provide our range of services through fully qualified and recognised financial intermediaries.

And we don't simply build something and then try and sell it. In fact we don't build anything at all!! We either select a project based on it successfully meeting a number of proven criteria or we work with one of our preferred builders to create the right project in the right area.

The developments we recommed include home units, townhouses and medium sized low-rise apartment complexes designed and constructed to stringent specifications. We avoid high-rise apartment complexes.

We negotiate with our preferred builders to ensure fixed price contracts, no progress payments, building guarantees and completion times and do not settle any project until you are completely satisfied with the project.

We have assisted hundreds of clients to invest in residential projects in growth areas around Melbourne's CBD, including Spotswood, Yarraville and Maribyrnong in the West, Moonee Ponds and Pascoe Vale in the North, Kew, Blackburn, Doncaster and Mt Waverley in the East and Caulfield, Elwood, St Kilda, Prahran, Brighton East, Hampton, Cheltenham, Mentone and Mordialloc in the South - South East.

We are also currently assisting our clients to benefit from the Victorian Governments significant plan for Melbourne's 5 major growth areas, Melbourne 2030, where opportunities for sustainable growth can be identified.
